Notice the black rubber tubing "stone seals" inserted.
Rear Axle Housing
Part #: 3743833 GM with "X" Date code: "B47" (Feb. 4th, 1957)
The "X" indicated it was positraction (the "X" was used until ~March 57)
Transmission part #: 3845122 (correct for 1957 3-speed)
Transmission date code: "F177" (June 17th, 1957)
Rear shocks are incorrect - should be spiral (part #: 5520279)
Correct "Spiral style" shocks
Fuel pump is a replacement (should be part #: 4346 with "AC" stamped on top & bottom)
Similar to 63 corvettes, the front drums had an anti-chatter spring around the drum.
