Electrical tests...

We hooked up a battery and did some operational tests

Of the gauges/accessories, radio, cig. lighter & clock are non-functional.

Fuel gauge on "E"

Fuel gauge jumps to "F" w/key on...good indicator that the gauge may be good.  I'm sure the fuel sending unit will need replaced though.  Fuel tank smells like varnish.  Removing the fuel line from the fuel filter, and gas barely trickles out...so we're quite sure it's not actually full.

Obviously, we can't test the speedo, tach, oil pressure/temp gauges.  But the left & right turn signals light appropriately.

Operations checks:  Headlights do not work, Parking lamps work, Left Rear brake light and blinker worked, Right Rear nothing worked, no blinkers working in front.

Wiper blade rubber is coming off, and we didn't want to scratch the windshield when testing the wipers...so we removed the arms first.

Correct Trico brand wiper arms with patent numbers and rubber tips.

Patent numbers on backside of wiper arm.

Good news: wiper motor works.  It was running slowly, so it's likely gummed up a bit.
