All freshly rebuilt & restored!  Speedo, Tach, Fuel, Temp, Battery, Oil & Clock

We kept the original mileage on the Odometer

And the original Revolutions on the Tach

Rear Leaf Springs...

 

While we're waiting on the chassis, we figured we'd re-assemble the leaf springs...

New bands, new rubber & new insulators

This was the most significant rust hole

Over to Chris' paint shop to check on the body

He had it stripped to bare fiberglass (note the seam)

Front right fender repair...held up nicely!  Very minor.

Right rear bumper area

Trunk lock area (note small cirular "bump" area surrounding the lock mechanism).  It often gets sanded down smooth by body shops, but we'll retain the original look.

Funny that there's some orange paint around the front driver headlight area??

Rear cross-member was originally attached to the chassis with rivets

Key lock mechanism is a #8965

We had an NCRS member (Gary B.) produce a 'test key' and we confirmed it worked.

Issue on the driver side/rear shock mount vicinity (approx. 3"x2")

small holes showed up on passenger/top

Battery tray (w/ prev. fiberglass repairs)

We received the new battery tray replacement (to be welded on)

Rearmost portions of Chassis (should have 4 holes)

Appears there may have been some prev. fiberglass repair. The two forward holes on both driver/passenger rails need repaired.

Front crossmember looks solid

All the other parts have been sandblasted.
